Referring to FIG. 1, an LED driving circuit 100 is composed of a power supply 110, a constant voltage source 105, a voltage reduction circuit, and an LED 130. The power supply 110 is electrically connected to the constant voltage source 105 for providing a constant voltage, and the constant voltage source 105 is electrically connected to the voltage reduction circuit for reducing the voltage level of the constant voltage to control the current of the voltage reduction circuit. The voltage reduction circuit is electrically connected to the LED 130. The constant voltage source 105 provides the constant voltage, and the constant voltage source 105 and the voltage reduction circuit can reduce the voltage level of the constant voltage, such that the current of the voltage reduction circuit
