The proposed research utilizes luminescence and spin trapping. The techniques under investigation include attempts at measuring the formation of reactive oxygen species. Especially interest is focused on assessing the effects of pharmacological treatment on free radical reactivity. Our major efforts are focused on the use of spin trapping as a means of characterizing the reactive intermediates. Returning a percentage value from a formula, based on a cell

I am trying to return a percentage value from a formula in a cell and then convert that percentage into a human readable value. I have this right now but want it to also say what cell is being read so that I can use different ranges for different cells, here is the current code that I have:
